Adam McAuliffe
Owner, Floorworld Camberwell Adam has spent over 30 years in the industry before opening Camberwell Floorworld on Camberwell Road in 2001. Twenty-five years on, he's still hands-on in the showroom every day — advising customers, overseeing installations, and making sure every job meets the standard he's spent a career building. A specialist in commercial projects, building & construction, Aged Care & retirement Villages, Hospitals and Healthcare, Schools and educational Facilities, Retail outlets, Offices and specialty projects.
Dean Roberts
Manager, Commercial & Residential Dean has been with Camberwell Floorworld for 20 years and is one of the most knowledgeable flooring consultants in the inner east. His expertise spans across both residential and commercial projects. He manages the showroom and is a wealth of knowledge in the Flooring Industry
Harry McAuliffe
Sales Consultant Harry is Adam's son and joined the family business four years ago, taking on residential projects developing a strong network of projects with home renovators, builders, architects and property managers across Melbourne's inner east, and understands the timelines, specifications that come with all projects. Harry is your first call in the showroom!
Tom McAuliffe
Sales ConsultantTom is Adam's other son and joined the team in 2024. Tom is focusing on residential customers looking for help pulling together a complete look — from floor to window. He has a sharp eye for what works and takes real satisfaction in helping customers. Tom is patient, unhurried, and genuinely good at helping customers make a choice he knows they will love.
Joanne McAuliffe
Marketing Jo McAuliffe is wife to Adam, and Mum to Harry, Tom & Maddie and also leads the business’s marketing strategy. With over 30 years’ experience across both traditional and digital marketing, Jo brings a depth of knowledge. As the family business moves into its third generation, Jo plays a key role in ensuring Camberwell Floorworld stays ahead in an ever-changing landscape. Her ability to blend proven marketing fundamentals with emerging technologies allows the business to connect with today’s customers while maintaining the strong reputation it has built over decades.
